Hegumen Fr. Metias, the church board, the deacons, the servants, and all the congregation of St. Mina Coptic Orthodox Church in Hamilton offer their deepest condolences to the family of Mr. Moossaad Farag, who departed in the Lord on September 3, 2026.
Mr. Moossaad was the husband of Madelin; the father of Fr. Demetri (Phoebe), Sameh (Marie), and Dina (Peter); and the grandfather of Marla, Steven, Anastasia, and Michaela.
He was the brother of the late Francis, the late Abdelnour, the late William, the late Ezzat, the late Bahga, the late Aida, and the late Samira.
The funeral service will be held at Saint Mina’s Coptic Orthodox Church (1562 Rymal Road East, Hamilton, ON L8W 3P1) on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
The family will receive condolences in the same church on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

يتقدم القمص متياس، ومجلس الكنيسة، والشمامسة، والخدام، وجميع شعب كنيسة الشهيد العظيم مارمينا في هاميلتون بخالص العزاء لأسرة الشماس مسعد فرج، الذي انتقل إلى الأمجاد السماوية فى ٣ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٦م.
الراحل هو زوج مدام مادلين، ووالد القس ديمتري (فيبي)، وسامح (ماري)، ودينا (بيتر)، وجد كل من مارلا، وستيفن، وأناستاسيا، وميكايلا.
وهو شقيق كل من الراحلين: فرانسيس، وعبد النور، وويليام، وعزت، وبهجة، وعايدة، وسميرة.
ستقام صلاة الجناز في كنيسة الشهيد العظيم مارمينا فى هاميلتون يوم الثلاثاء الموافق ٨ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٦م في تمام الساعة ١٢ ظهراً.
وتستقبل الأسرة العزاء في نفس الكنيسة يوم الثلاثاء ٨ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٦م من الساعة ٧ مساءً وحتى ٩ مساءً.
نياحاً لروحه الطاهرة في فردوس النعيم.
